We are a Christian preschool dedicated to the growth and development of every unique child. The ministry at Salem is based on the understanding that children pass through a number of predictable, orderly stages in their growth. We have designed a program that is developmentally appropriate for children at varying stages of that growth. Experimental learning is a cornerstone of our program, as well as providing many choices for children within a carefully structured learning environment. Our goal is to provide a variety of selected learning opportunities to encourage development in all seven areas of a child’s life: cognitive, creative, expressive language, fine motor, gross motor, social & emotional health, and, of course, spiritual health.

To this end, we will tell the children about God, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and how we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, who died and rose again from the dead. We use stories from the Bible in Chapel to teach the children about the wonders of their world and how God planned for us to live in a loving relationship with Him and the people around us. We will give thanks to God each day before we eat with prayer.
