To register, please fill out the Registration forms and return them with the Registration payment to the church office (Monday - Friday, 8-noon). Registration is first come, first served, so be sure to register soon if you would like to secure a spot!
Salem Lutheran Preschool
Salem Lutheran Preschool recognizes the importance of the early years in the life of a child. We believe that the young child’s life can be enriched through guided experiences with other children and qualified, caring teachers who lead them in an atmosphere of Christian love.
We provide a unique experience ministering to each child by treating them as a child of God. Our program does this by engaging children through:
- Bible songs and stories
- Prayer before snack time
- Chapel time once a week
- Learning colors, letters, shapes, and numbers
- Teaching good classroom behavior
- And…lots, lots more!
Our goal is to provide an experience that will help children develop so that they can go on to kindergarten prepared to meet the world around them!

Our Philosophy
We are a Christian preschool dedicated to the growth and development of every unique child. The ministry at Salem is based on the understanding that children pass through a number of predictable, orderly stages in their growth. Three-Year Olds - Lambs
Our Lambs meet on Tuesday and Thursday each week where they focus on colors and shapes and move at their own pace while learning math and language concepts. Three-year olds are still focusing on play which is key to their learning. They will learn skills of negotiation, problem-solving, and friendship.
Four-Year Olds - Lions
Our Lions meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week. We recognize that children progress through their preschool years at different rates and have a wide range of abilities. It is our goal to build on these abilities and interests as we guide and teach them. We will provide opportunities for learning to meet the individual needs of each child to the best of our ability.
